screwed up again
dont know how i can stop lack all willpower.
At least, that's been my experience.
You can't go or you won't go to AA? Sounds like your pride might be in the way. My pride almost cost me my life. I am a shy person by nature--although you would never know that if you ever saw me when I was drinking.
I know it might seen uncomfortable--but there are others who understand what you are going through that will be willing to help you if you ask for it? I had a hard time asking for help (in recovery, at first), but I had no problem asking anyone for help when I was in trouble due to my drinking.

I think i might just talk to friends or family again
it so embarrassing
Everyone in AA had to come thru the door for the first time. The only reason any one is there is to stop drinking. It's may not be easy the first time, but the second time is. And you only have to go in for the first time once!
Give it a try. It's better than dying.
