I know how let down you must feel, but don't give up! look up AA in the phone book and call them. They will get you the right phone numbers to call. You'll be able to talk to a member of alanon and they will help you find the place, or give you the most current listings of meetings.

Our mental hospital has an updated list....I didn't want to be let down again. Plus, I'm arranging a sitter too, so it was kind of a pain.

please keep searching. I find it's worth it, and you will know this when you find the right place and group.

My first meeting looked to be no one, but I hung around a little after the starting time and we ended up with 4 people last week. This week, there were 9.
