Wanna quit smoking?
Hi friends!
I'm Aldo and I am a smoker!
I thought that as this forum helps me so much with my alcoholism maybe, if I had someone to do it together with, it could help me quit my smoking vice too!
I'm no good at quitting smoking alone. I did quit once, for 6 years, but now it must be about 2 since I've started again.
I can occasionally go a day or two without smoking, but I always relapse on the third.
I must admit in a way I do kinda enjoy smoking. I know it's bad for you and that it's a waste of money and all that. But what I really don't like about cigarettes is the smell - it stays on you; on your clothes; in your hair; on your breath; your fingers and teath turn yellow. It really is a disgusting habit. When I was a non-smoker I wouldn't go near a girl who was a smoker. I guess non-smoking girls wouldn't go near me now either.
If anybody feels like travelling this road together let me know. We can help each other.
