Im going to a meeting all by my litte self made sure that I have enough fuel beacause its 2o minutes away. Toni rang me yesterday bless her ans said its normal to slip and slide I still feel like I havent earnt my "brownie" points yet. I wann have on here angie9 has had 90 days!! in big letters !! thats my long term goal short term is just getting through the day. Im in contact with the drug and alcohol councelling service too but I know Im hitting the end again I didnt eat eysterday and the thought of food today blah!

thanks at least Im not not hiding my problem like I used too sometimes I see a bright light and feel confident other times Im full of doubt and fear..its the fear that scares me
