two months and 11 days early
i no more than logged off last night and felt this pain and started having contractions. i got up to go to my room and rest and half way there my water broke. i started crying and could harldly breathe. i barely go to the phone and colapsed on the floor. i called my sponser and she was there in like 5 minutes at the most. she got me in the car and we went to the hospitol. it was actually a very short labor, but it was sooooo painful. he was born at 4:17am...i did not get to see him they took him away so fast and he didnt make a sound. now they say he should be okay on the ventalators and some meds to make his organs develop enough to function on there own. he will be here for a while. i decided to ask one more time for any suggestions on names for him. he was 3lbs 9oz and barely a foot long. so if you have any ideas on a name...shoot. thanks again for all the support, but i actually get to see him for the second time in 5 minutes so i will update tomorrow. please pray for him if you will...

Congratulations! Prayers for you and your baby! Names??? I am sooo old fashioned... Matthew, John, James, Daniel, Paul.....sorry, not very creative! My family jokes that when my boys were born, I just flipped the Bible open and pointed to a name!

okay, sorry it took a while but here it goes. the doctor says he is doing good today and i have gotten to see him a lot today so that was nice, he is sooo small though it is a little strange to see him too. i really thought about it and decided on a name......................Reese Donovan, thanks for the prayers and i am so glad you take the time to think of us right now

sorry i didnt write yesterday, i finally got so tired for everything and just rested. reese is doing good and the doctor says he is proud of the improvements he is making, but it is still hard to say if there will be any long term damage. i hope for the bast. and look on the bright side i am not drinking or using. i left the hospitol today but am always there anyways. i will leave long enough to go to a meeting tonight. last night my sponser and a few other members came to the hospitol to see reese and i. reese is now 3lbs and 12oz so he is doing well. thanks for the payers we can really feel them
