Just for today, I will let go of all my resentments.
Just for today, I will forgive every wrong ever done to me
Just for today, I will put aside the past, push away the heartache addiction brought to my life, and hold the ones I love close to my heart.
Just for today, I will forget all my worries and problems and Thank God for the gifts and the miricles in my life.
Just for today, I will embrace the only thing that really matters, I will love.
Just for today, I will not complain about any of the little things, the laundry list of things that need to be done, the things I don't have that I feel I need, the lost remote or the muddy footprints.

Just for today, I will embrace the beauty all around me, the love, the life that has been given me, I will do it justice today, I will give myself up to what is really important, the people I love. I will tell them I love them, warts and all.

Just for today, I will hug myself and reassure myself, it's OK to care about me. I will love myself.

Just for today, I will stop and be still and listen, I will hear the whispers of nature, I will listen to my heart and my soul.

Just for today, I will pray and give all my problems over to my HP. I will pray for others in pain, I will even pray for my enemies.

Just for today I will do these things, I will embrace the day, tomorrow, I can pick them all up again if I choose, but for today, I will make today a beautiful day.

Today, I will love unconditionally, and be grateful for my life, problems and all.

I will make the most of today, for it is a gift.
