So after last nights blackout, I have come to the conclusion that I need a counselor to help deal with my emotions of my AH. The problem is, I don't know where to start. I want someone who I can talk to individually and one that can talk to both AH and I too.. I don't want to just open the phonebook and call someone. HELP!

Do you have any friends that could make a recommendation? I know what you mean, about not wanting to just call anyone. How about your physician? Someone you know and trust. Counseling is good. Take care of you.

We also had to use recommendations... but be prepared to have to "try out" a couple to find a good fit.

Your family doctor may be able to recommend someone who would be good for your situation.

Counseling is a good way to work through the issues and decide if the damage is repairable.
