Sober at 150 days!
Still holding on! Anxieties are still there, but, I guess they are getting better. Able to sleep a little better and more consistently. Been back at work for a little over a month. My boss has been great to me by giving me some help at work and slowly increasing my responsibilities.
I'm getting a lot of urges to drink lately though. I don't know where they are coming from but they are pretty strong. Is this part of the PAWS too! My doctor wanted to subscribe camperal or something like that for the urges. I just don't want any more drugs to take. I think I can handle the urges!

Congrats !!
I think the urges are simply that, no matter that you've been dry for 150 days, you're still an alcoholic...
going back to work is always stressful on some level, and drinking's become our natural method of coping with stress.
Just remember a drink never solves anything - I know you know this. You'll be fine

Way to go NTS, I had strong urges at 30, 90, 120, and
somedays inbetween. Paws? Probably, lifelong at some degree?
Probably! But, I am stronger than the urges, one day at a time,
bless you sweetie, and congrats on 150. Hope3/4
