... Happy Birthday to me...

Its Friday, I have no dramas in my life, I accept everything as it is and its my 56th Belly Button Birthday my 3rd Birthday in recovery.

So this is to wish me a wonderful day and to say well done to myself and to all here.

Todays JFT was on Gratitude and it brought tears to my eyes as that exactly where I am, living a life free from drugs and free from fear. I would not have thought that was possible 3 years agao. Today I know anything is possible.

Thanks and yes it feels good to be me at this age and in this point in my recovery and in life.
