Im gonna take little steps!!!!

I know I can go easy a week without drinking well my goal is now going to be two. Im back in thinking just little steps but in a way its sooothing as Im finding the whole picture just too overwhelming. so when i report back after two weeks of being sober I want LOTS of cyber hugs and woohoos!!! Ok :0)
so if I succeed it will be the 13 th of September
luv Ang

Hi Ang,

It's always good to see you! Why not take even smaller steps, and take it a day at a time? You've gotten sober before and you can do it again.
What are you going to do different this time? Are you going to meetings?

Rowan
Woo hoo!!

Ang, one of the tricks I learned in early sobriety was to clap my hands and remember that I only needed to stay sober between the claps. Those brief moments turned into minutes, then hours, then days, weeks, months, and now years.

You can do it!

**********{Angie}}}}}.

We all deserve daily hugs whether we are sober or not.

I guess that is part of the addicts problem . we dont feel worthy enough to love ourselves or let others love us.

No need top wait 2 weeks for the hugs. I will senfd you one evryday. If not online I will send it telepathically.

Good luck and hang in there.

Whether you aim for 2 weeks or just do it a day at a time it's great that you keep trying, thats the key.

I love freshly made bread with lashings of butter too!

Glad you are tapering off more and more. Eventually you wont be drinking anymore and then it wont be so hard to stop all together.

Have a great two weeks! Looking forward to hearing from you then.

Hi Angie, do your 2 weeks one day at a time. For me it was one hour at a time in the very beginning of my sobriety. Sending prayers your way! GH
