I would double up on meetings in early sobriety...especially on the weekends! I belonged to a group that met at 9:00 on Saturday...from there, I would hit a midnight meeting...had to get past that "witching hour", and the bars were all closed! It not only worked well...it was fun...instead of bar-hopping, I went meeting-hopping.
