visualization

Just thought I would share an excersize a friend taught me.
1st, make sure you have a quiet place, no disturbances. Now, imagine a giant gold ball, like the sun, over your head. Bring it down thru your head and feel the warmth. let it travel throughout your body slowly warming and cleansing, until you let it go through your feet. Next, imagine you are in a circle of gold light. Bring in your loved one. Try to visualize the cords that are binding you to them. these can be branches, string, rope, etc. Get whatever tool you need to gently cut from both of your bodies.(scissors, saw, etc) If it grows back, just keep cutting. Make sure you check every place on your body. Dip your hand in the gold cirlce, and use it as a salve to heal your bodies. Make sure the ONLY cord you leave is the one that connects to your hearts.
When you finish, you ask them to leave the circle.
Do this as many times a day or month as needed, till the cords do not exist any longer.

I did this last nite, and my cords started out as rubber bands, and then turned to ivy. Needless to say it grew back as fast as I could cut it. I got frustrated and ran a lawn mower over him. LOL So tonight I will try again

Well, today, I did feel differently towards him. So maybe it does help. I am gonna keep doing this one for sure. Hopefully, I won't have to bring out the lawnmower anymore.
