1.balanced development in these areas: physical, mental, spiritual, emotion and social
2.learning to replace fear with love and trust-something I used to be very good at but lost along the way
3.sharing the gift of recovery and my trust in God (refer back to #2 on the list)
4.last but not least- others in recovery matter to me a great deal, I just love 'em

Good Post!
What matters to me is:
1. Keeping the focus on MY recovery instead of someone else that doesn't appreciate me.
2. Liking myself and doing good for others.
3. Trusting that i will trust again someday BIG ONE!!
Thanks!

What matters to me is to try and not obsess over what I think matters to me
Experience has shown that I don't always know what's good for me. I think I know what I want, but by the Grace of God I have what I need.

great idea for a thread!
1) not picking up
2) recognizing my sobriety is God's doing and nothing i did
3) maintaining gratitude and remembering the last day out there
4) acknowledging perfection is impossible and progress is the key
5) practicing the principles in all my affairs
6) seeking out new-comers and sharing my experience, strength, and hope
