2am in the morning. Just poured $15 of vodka and mixers down the kitchen sink, made myself a big old glass of chocolate milk (how long has it been since I've had that? yum!) and a glass of cold water (to clear the taste of the chocolate milk - smile) and took some vitamins. Today is July 25, 2007 and I am not going to drink today, no matter what happens! I am going to wake up tomorrow happier, too!

Good for you Crayola!

I lost interest in food towards the end of my drinking and it was so exciting to me, to see how really good freshly made coffee and whole wheat toast with honey tasted in the morning. The joys of recovery.
