Question Anyone tried Kudzu to curb alcohol cravings?

I've been hearing a lot about Kudzu lately. Sounds amazing, safe, and easy... and I want to try it. Anyone with any experience taking Kudzu tablets? Thanks in advance.

I googled it and found a study. Apparently, it reduced the number of drinks taken and time between drinks. That's not abstinence, though.

Most of us have found, myself included, moderation doesn't work. That's the reason I pointed that out.

There really isn't anything you can take to find recovery. There's meds for withdraw and depression for those that need them. Others use Antabuse or Campral, but for the most part, there is no "magic pill". Science may one day accomplish this, but it hasn't done so yet.
