Sry this si going to be real short..I am falling asleep.
I relapsed and went on a 6 day binge. NO SLEEP!!
Went to the hospital so they could tell me hit the road.
So here I am at home.
Just wanted to say I am ok and i will be back after i get some rest

Chi I am going to be the bad guy here. First I am glad you did make it back. Second, now that you see that nothing has changed.................................what are you going to do different this time to enhance your program of recovery so this doesn't happen again?
