Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, I'm find things increasingly difficult at the moment, and have slipped back.

I've also realised that my posts don't benefit or help anyone, everything about them is depressing, my userid (which I don't know how to change, my avator, which I can't seem to blank out)..

I don't mean to cause any upset, when I post it always comes from the heart and never from the head, maybe if it did I could hide how I was feeling. I'm sorry if I've ever hurt, upset, worried, scared or caused anyone unnecessary pain.

I have been reading posts and which everyone of u success for the future.

I'm going back under my shell now, and will leave u good people in peace.

LC..Always speak from your heart. And your posts arent always depressing.
They make me want to shake you a little and tell you to stop letting people treat you like you let them. But thats about it.
Hiding your feelings are just going to make it worse.
Your posts DO benefit alot of people I think.
I just get concerned sometimes...But nothing to major where I wouldnt want you to stop posting.
I love to read your poems and you have alot of good advise when you give it. Just if you would follow it.
We will always be here.

Your Posts are what and how you feel and there is nothing to be sorry for there,

You say your posts arent a help to anyone, they have helped me a lot recently, you know what some of my struggles are of late, and you have made me see that how I am feeling and reacting isnt helpful to anyone.

You have reached out to me and send me pms when I have been really low so please do not ever think you are not helping someone, you may niot help everyone but h*ll you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time.

Please stay around, I miss you being around.
