Hi everyone,

Hope you are all doing well and to those who arent a great big hug......in fact a great big hug to you all.....

My 1st day back at work today and I appear to have got through it! Had its moments but I did it!! I am going to celebrate with a bar of dark chocolate and a long hot bath!!!

Thanks for the update - I'm glad you got through your first day back. I had to take two sick leaves when I got sober, and once I got settled in, I was glad to be back. All that worry for nothing.
Enjoy the bath and the chocolate. Not too hot or it might melt!! lol

Well made it again, had a bit of a wobble mid morning but took lots of ddep breaths and drank a ton of lucozade!! Was out and about this afternoon with everyone telling me they missed me which was kind of nice. Mid afternoon started to get splitting head ache and feel nervous rather than anxious.....am just home to discover that in my rush this morning I managed to only have my 5-htp tablet and not my propanolol or valium!!!! No wonder I was a bit edgy!!!!!

But on a plus side I made it through the day withoout them!!!!!!

But think I will go back to taking as prescribed and discuss with doc when I want to stop!!!!

Am really tired tonight so think it will be early bed.

You think you could send some cyber chocolate this way.
Ive been trying to load up on fruits and veggies to repair some of the damage ive done, but its starting to get boring.
chocolate sounds way better than carrot juice.
