Update for all my friends here at SR

I have a huyer for my house, I'm not walking away with much, but I'm walking away with enough to finish school and start my life over with my 3 kids... Thanks everyone for your prayers, I'm 1/2 way there, keep those fingers crossed for me..

Okay escrow is open and I have made a call to the owner of the empty house by my Mom, I explained that I can not purchase it but would love to lease it If I could.He said he will talk figures with his sister and get back to me...
