Smile What kind of vitamins?

I went to see a therapist and he recommended vitamins to take. But I was kind of concentrating on something else when he said what kind. I do remember he said that recovering alcoholics tend to have a deficiency of this vitamin in the body. Do any of you know what vitamins he might be talking about. I will call him after the holidays to find out!

By the way, I'm on my 44th day and proud of it. Thank you all for your help!

I take vitamin b12 and 'vitamins for hair' (hehe) the b12 seems to give me energy and I think I'll stick to them. I'm out of 'vitamins for hair' at the moment, but I'll get more. I also take coral calcium ..........pills pills pills!

I think multi-vitamins and B vitamins are always good to take. And, next time you talk to your dr, check with him to see if he recommends something else.

Anna's right. A good daily supplement would be a start. B-complex supplements are also recommended.
