have being reading the threads here and to newies I do urge you all to read the posts here when you feel the temptation to drink I think it was anna ( thankyou Anna) that suggested to read posts when you had the urge to drink. I hope everyone is well and I want to thank all those that post and share their lives here for doing so ,it helps so much to know that your not alone in what you are going through that there are other people who know the pain and fustration and fears that this addiction causes THANKYOU ((((((()))))))

yea reading posts never hurts. AA is like a minefield. our sponsors and sucessfully recovering people are on the other side telling us their path to safety. either we listen and make it by going down the same path they did...or we try our own way and get blown up! keep reading, keep sharing...but most importantly KEEP LISTENING!
