Does this count as a "drunk dream"

I have been lucky of not having any nightmares. I have had some vivid dreams in the past. Last night I had a dream in which I drank a beer. One beer! I felt soooo guilty about it that I couldn't stand it in my dream! There is no "pun" intended for people who have had vivid drinking dreams, but, this dream impacted me! That is one of the reasons why I haven't drank in 43 days becuase of the guilt factor that I would go through in consuming alcohol not to mention the fact that I would be back in square one.

I used to have a reoccuring drinking dream
that sounds as tho what happened to you.

I did consider it a "drunk dream" but it has
not popped up in years.

It's great that you are progressing
Congratulations on your sober time!

New, I can completely relate to what you are saying. I too have experienced the extreme guilt after "drinking Nightmares".

I have been drunk dream sober for 2 days.

yep, had a dream once I drank...so real it took me five minutes or so after waking to realise it *was* a dream, and not the usual 'flashbacks' to last night

I've had quite a few of them over the last week or so. I wake up thinking that I just drank a 12 pack or something. Scary stuff, but the memory soon passes once you've been awake for a few. I had one last night as a matter of fact..not fun.

Yep...Using dreams are starting here too. Just had a few.
But it is funny because I have to sleep with the tv on.
So my using dream was with the cast of Fresh Prince.
This stuff is too much.
