Got rid of all the beer and today is the day. I cut way back yesterday so I wouldn't have a hangover today. I feel really positive about this today, and I know I will make it through.

I'm doing real good. Getting a little shaky, but drinking tons of water & coffee (i know I know) and I'll make it. Kelly is going to go to the store for me here in a few and pick me up some gatorade and jones soda. That will be nice. ............if he would just get up off the couch!!
