How do you post a picture?

I can help, Froggie and look forward to seeing your pics.
First go to a free and safe site www.imageshack.us and click on the browse button to retrieve the picture from "My pictures" on your computer.
Resize it where shown to 320x240 or 640 x 480 by checking the box and choosing one of those sizes.
Click "Host It"
Then highlight and copy the very last link that it gives you, bring it here and paste it between [IMG ] and [/IM G] (without the spaces that I used).
That should do the trick.
I am going to be out most of the day, so if I'm not here maybe someone could help you more.
