all of you you all have being a godsend for me and Its so comforting to know that there are people here that really REALLY understand what Im going through. Each person here are so special because the love and warmth that I get that come through my computor is so powerful! The inspirational words of encoragement the sharing of lives/problems to relise that we arent alone and its that I am truely greatful. hey its day 14 for me :0) I must confess I did feel like really really wanting a wine but thought of my long term goal ( Im getting sky tv well hubby dosent know yet but heck its cheaper than one bottle of wine a week and he smokes around $60 a week ., and Im reading posts here which always encorages me so thank you again

two weeks, angie.....that's so great......you are past the hardest part.....
not to say that i is going to be easy from here on out, but we all know withdrawal sucks.......
i'm really proud of you and am so happy that you feel the same way about this place as i do......it keeps me sane, and helps me stay sober......and i love it.......and i love all of my friends here......
keep it up, sweetie....and stick around......you are such a positive asset to this board.....

thanks for the lovely words and hi Rose :0) I better go off the internet now do some housework hey the things you can do when your sober lol. I want to put a picture on my profile of my youngest but I dont know how to. When someone has time can they please tell me how to do it may thanks take care everyone .

Hi Angie, congrats on the 14 days! At this stage be careful to watch out for thoughts like 'I have done so well I deserve a little drink...' etc. The battle changes so keep on your toes like a boxer lol!
