I Blew It All
Never quit quitting!!!! I understand your frustration.....I quit so many times, even I thought I was a lost cause. Then one day became two, then tree, then four....and here I am 13 years later....if I can do it...believe me...ANYBODY can do it!!!
We are here for you...please, when you have three days....chain yourself to SR and post your heart out, I will be waiting for you. Cathy

*hugs* to you.
You didn't 'blow it all' you remained sober 4 days.
I understand you're angry-I just wanted to encourage you that those 4 days weren't wasted. You've shown yourself you can do it.That's something to be proud of.
Thinking of you,

B- Please don't beat yourself up. Wake up tomorrow and say welcome to Day 1! Like Anna said, figure out what happened and make a plan. Figure out your triggers and avoid them. We are here for you- thank goodness you came right back!

Pick yourself right back up and do what you did for those 4 sober days and they will add up again.
Definitely figure out what your triggers were so you will know what to look out for.
I understand your anger and disappointment. I slipped many, many times and I lost count but I never gave up and I'm doing really well now.
You can do this!

Hi,
BWMD, we've all been there...the only thing I can say is learn from it - try and analyse why it happened, and 'get back on the horse' as soon as possible...
don't give up, and you can't lose.

BWMD.....sweetie, we all had a few false starts at first.....those of us who succeed are those of us who keep trying......keep trying, keep finding support......and of course, we are always here for you, no matter what....you have nothing to be ashamed of....you made it FOUR DAYS!!!!! that is AMAZING.........you can do it again....and you can make it to five, then six.......then the rest of your life......you can do this, i believe in you....

Sometimes quitting alcohol is like starting a lawnmower. You pull the rope, it starts but sometimes dies immediately. Doesn't necessarily mean the engine is shot, just need another pull on the cord. If it still doesn't start, check the gas, choke setting, etc. Eventually the pull on the cord starts the engine and it runs fine.
In your situation, pull the rope again.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.....
Can't relive yesterday, can't live tommorrow.....
But every today well lived, makes every yesterday
a wonderful memory, and every tommorrow a glimmer of hope!!!!!!!
