OT.....Mr. Moose

Just a note to let you all know...
Mr. Moose went to the cardiologist, and all is okay...
He can have his Total Left Knee surgery as planned on May 14th.
He received cardiac clearance to proceed with surgery.

Thanks for all your thoughts, and prayers.....

Good news, indeed. Not that the knee surgery will be any picnic, but what a blessing that he's healthy enough to have it.

Hugs to both Mooses from the great white north.

Diane, I'm so glad everything is good. Boy I tell ya, a month or so ago i was in that store "Spencers" to get a gag gift for a party. I saw this cane, it had a rear view mirror, a horn, a change purse, and a couple other great things on it. I so regret not picking one up for my father in law. I can't find them now. But imagine how Mr Moose would feel waking up with one of those hanging on his bed side. HAaa

Hey, that's fantastic news!!!

I'm really happy for you both! And the surgery won't be so bad. My mom had it. Her surgery healed jsut fine. Other complications created some issues, but, not the surgery. So, good luck, and know that he's remaining in my prayers until I hear from you that all is well.

Shalom!

He had a Right Total knee done October 2006.
Was hoping to wait for November for this one, but can't.

Helpus,
Funny you should mention that cane, he received one for his 50th birthday...

I responded recently to another post, and said I had 2 left feet....

Mr. Moose must be a mutant, he only has one of each....

Thx for the update...will send some prayers that the surgery goes well and Mr. Moose has a swift recovery. They say knee surgery is not like it was even 10 yrs. ago, they've come a long way in just a few years.

Mr. Moose had his Left knee surgery this morning.
His B.P. dropped and they held him in recovery for a LONG time, but then was brought to his room...He's okay...has a Morphine epidural, and feeling tired, but good. AND pain free. He'll praobably come home Thursday, if all goes well.

Hugs, and thanks for your thoughts
and prayers...
