abortion update
i went to the clinic yesterday (sat) for the abortion. my AH chose to go to work instead. he didn't call once the entire day to find out how i was doing. came home at 8pm when work actually finished at 4pm. i took a dear friend with me and he stayed with me through it all.
i have yet to take the 4 strong pills today (so the severe cramps etc.) has yet to start. my AH is not currently using. howevever, it's amazing how little integrity they have even without the drugs.
i fought with myself about keeping silent. but i decided to let out how this made me feel. i clearly told him he is a man of little integrity.
it's sunday and he left the house. i think he's gone to a golf game. LOL pretty screwed up. i'm gonna take the pills at 1pm today.

I really do not know what is the right thing to say. I just wanted to let you know that i hope everything works out fine. He may be distant b/c that is how he deals with this situation. He might want to show you that he doesn't care, but that is how some man are.Take care of your self.

I am so sorry he is acting like this.
I keep saying that recovery is more than removing the drug or alcohol. Recovery is a process of becoming a more accountable, decnt human being through self care.
