Day 3 - Go Me!!

This is my first day 3 in ...I dont know how long.

I feel like crap but I feel good also. Realitys a little scary when youre not drunk or hungover.

Im feeling quite excited and hope to see a Day 4

My boyfriend broke up with me a few weeks ago which sucks and im gutted, but I'll look at is as a fresh start.

I know this is weird.. but im nearing the end of my day 3 its almost 6pm (drink o'clock) and I feel like a drink because...I have... too much energy and I feel too good. Is that weird. Im not used to feeling like this.

Im going to fight the urge, but drinking because I feel too ...good? :crazy:

C'mon day 4.... c'mon...

that ol' devil addiction will twist anything, rationalise any reason to do back to drinking...even ridiculous logic like drinking cos you feel good...to eventually feel bad again ?

Yup, we seem to rationalize.... When we have been sober for a few days, we forget how we felt when we were drunk or hungover. Congratulations on day 3. Day 4 will be even better!
