Welcome to SR.
I have no experience with pills. . . only alcohol. This site is like a family, and I'm sure that someone will be along soon with some good advice for you.
Hang in there. Have you been to the doctor and been REALLY honest?? It is important!!!

It is good that you are ready to give this another go. I wasn't addicted to pills but I understand the desperation of running out and the suffering that follows. You have 4 months as a foundation and you can do it again. The first thing is to not beat yourself up. What's done is done but be proud of yourself for making the decision to stop now. You can fix what has been damaged in your life. Everything looks hopeless and dark now because you have been lost in addiction. Addiction wants you to think it's hopeless- but THERE IS HOPE!

hi splithead,
When I got that desperate I did what it took. First you probably need to see a Doc and tell them openly and honestly whats going on and then maybe a detox and of course after that you need support, supported accomadtion, rehab and a program are all good options.
Just hang in there and keep talking.
Vic will be around at some point.
I am here if you want to talk.

No debate from me either...sorry
I think you need professional help to be safe.
Neither you nor I are doctors.
And your mind is not clear at this time.
Good luck
