Newbies and Lurkers pleeeease don't leave....
.... sign on and join in... after all it's not like we will know who you are.
I so wish when I first found this sight in December of 2004 I joined in then...
I would probably have realized my need for sobriety sooner instead of later.
I spent 18 more months convincing myself that I could drink responsibly if I really wanted too only to feel more regret, more embarrassment, more depression and more of everything that goes along with over indulging in alcohol.
I knew deep down that I searched for this site for a reason I just didn't follow my gut.
So follow your true thoughts and feelings they know you better than you do!!!
