have been on my own all week, husband away and have hit the bottle really bably feel awful today. i need to stop as i know i am killing myself

I'm not sure how AA works in the UK. Do you know where a meetings is in your area, maybe you can go to one sometime today. If you don't know where a meeting is check out the general service website for the UK or call.
