How Do you know when enough is enough?

My question of the day is How Do you know when you've had all you can take? I'm in such a great mood today. My husband is out and I'm hanging out with the kids doing housework. I'm really enjoying his absence! When he is gone I feel like a large boulder has been lifted off of me. Is this normal? Me and the kids are having FUN! Dancing and laughing....playing "house" in the backyard. Thinking of a picnic in their playhouse. Even if its just one day....i am feeling some peace and thats all I truly want in my life. Today feels good.

Hi 2many - I don't know the answer to your first question - I'm still trying to figure that one out myself!

In response to your second question, we all need a break sometimes, especially when we have to live with the things we do. Seems normal enough to me.

So glad to hear you're having such a great day - enjoy every minute of it - you deserve it!

Love and hugs.

The "enough" level is different for each one of us. I think it has arrived when you finally stop dead in your tracks and say "What the hell am I doing?"
