Thanks to all for the above,you guys sure do replace the old way with one of joy and hope !
My day so far has been good,although I had to work! still it's 7.40 pm it's my birthday and i'm sober!!!!!! couldn't wish for a better present than that !

Thanks best, yes we do have birthday cake in England , infact i've just blown my candles out.Takes abit of doing blowing 46 out!.
But best I learnt early in recovery that I couldn't have my cake & eat it !.

Just wanted to pop in and say happy birthday 1 more time. I have a friend over today so havent been on much. Then off to the meeting after she goes home.
