New guy here

Hi, I'm a new guy here. I'm a recovering alcoholic- been sober for a year and a half. Addict - I kicked cocaine and pot to the curb about 2 years ago. I was on anti-depressants off and on since 1996- they didn't do any good for me so I slowly weened myself off of them. Right now I'm trying to kick xanax. I tried before and found that it's the toughest of them all. I want to try again but I'm very scared. I'm trying to ween myself off- I tried cold turkey before and it was a nightmare that I'll never forget.

Anyway- hello! I want to be clean and natural in the not too distant future.

By inches they almost had the wildcard spot.

Congratulations on what you have done so far.
There are a few here that have gone the xanax root and will come along and post when they get here I am sure.
Have a look about and maybe take a stop at a few of the forums to read the posts at the top that say "sticky" beside them.

Yeah, we missed it by a hair but I believe Brett will be back (at least I hope so)

I know it's going to be rough with the xanax- I look forward to input from others who have been down that road.
