Very sad.
I think I am in shock. My brother and sister phoned me 30 mins ago from the UK to say my father died in his sleep. Sitting here waiting for a member/friend to get here as he told me not to drive.
Have not picked up and won't just don't know how I feel or anything really.
Dad was 92 and passed away peacfully.

Oh (((Kevin))) I am so sorry for your loss! I am glad there is someone on the way to be with you. Losing a father is a very difficult thing. 92- wow! He must have lived a very full life!

Kevin, I am so very sorry for your loss! I'm glad you posted here as we're a very loving caring group of people! I'm sure there will be alot of hands extended today. Grab on and hold on tight...we're all here for you. I will keep you in my prayers!

My sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad. I feel very sad for you right now, you were one of the first to welcome me here and I feel a closeness to you...
My father died in "61" at the age of 36 when I was six years old, he was buried on my seventh birthday. I only have one or two very small memories of him. One small bright spot is that your Dad lived a long life. Its never easy though...

May God bless you and your family. I am sorry to hear of your father's death. I can imagine how hard and frustrating it must be for you to be so far from your family at this time. i lost my mom a few years ago and it really was tough on those she left behind even though she had been suffering and we knew she was in a better place. accept your emotions as they come. it will take time...

noguard, my prayers are with you. I know it hurts. I lost my dad five months ago, and everytime I turn a corner, it seems, his memory is waiting there for me.
