4 months today

i have 4 months today but i dont feel vary good about it.i went to a 12 step meeting this morning, didnt here what i needed to .getting ready to go to tuesday nite lead ,i hope i hear something usefull or i may not make it back tomorow.

Congradulations on 4 months.
Try telling yourself what you need to hear,
and pat yourself on the back for what you have accomplished.
Think of the big picture, if you can.

Keep going. There are some good meetings, some not so good meetings, and some great meetings.

I know how you feel. I've walked away from a meeting more than once feeling something was missing. You'll get a good one soon.

Also, if there are several in your area, try different ones.

4 months is absolutely fantastic. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep checking out different meetings. Something will click and it will be just the right words that you know you were meant to hear.
