hi all How i do this I just want to stop and dont know what to do not a thing will work all I do is ask god to help i can go 30 days and i fall can go longer then 30 day just want to stop and scared what iam going to do if i dont stop can someone help out there T.

It is hard to quit...many of us had false starts before
we finally stopped.
Are you using a recovery program? AA or NA?
