Hi to all...

I'm here because my closest friend in the world has a problem. We live 8 hours apart and I'm planning a long weekend visit soon. We've had quite a few phone conversations recently, though I'm not sure they could really be called conversations. I have taken them as cries for help.

I want to be armed with the best knowledge and advice that I can find about how I might be able to help her.

I've lurked around a bit and these rooms seem to be filled with a lot of amazing and good folks. Just being here is reassuring.
