Welcome Aboard, BoBo! We're glad you're here. I went thru IOPCD (out-patient) too.

Congrats on your sober time so far!

So far, so good. My group is made up of alcoholics and addicts (of various drugs) & people with both. I've been listening to everything everyone shares. Sometimes I can't relate to their particular situation but hearing what other people are going through usually gives me something to apply to my own. The therapist that leads my 1/2 of the group told me she's going to put me on the spot next time because I haven't spoken up during group yet. Funny, I can't post here all night, but have no idea what to say there!

Hey Bobo. I've got 40 days today, and I'm the same way. I'm just listening and taking notes for now.

My sponsor says not to share until I can share something that can benefit a newcomer. We all have drunkalogs, but we should wait until some positive change starts to show to share.
