So I Booted Up My Computer This Evening...

And got the following message: "Your system is FAT" and immediately thought to myself, oh geeze, even my system is fat! Perhaps I've eaten one too many banana splits....

On a serious note... is that a message you get regularly on your computer or did you download some sort of spyware/virus thingy?

It's not a problem, just an informational message. FAT stands for File Allocation Table and is one of the ways computers keep track of where all the stuff on the hard drive is stored.
