I'm a newcomer here, and fairly recent to the whole recovery scene. I've attended Al-Anon meetings randomly for the past six months; I'm married to a wonderful alcoholic who is in complete and utter denial; today I committed to really attending meetings and working the program (not just going when I feel like it and be surprised it doesn't "fix" me...).

I know first-hand the amazing support of online friends, and I'm looking forward to hanging out here and learning from you and venting and crying and sitting next to others venting and crying.
