Day 30

I just wanted to share that today I am on day 30 of not drinking. I feel good and very hopeful. There have been trying times but I got through them. I am really trying not to put pressure on myself and to live in the moment. Thank you all for your support and your wise advice.

my 30 day coin was the biggest one for me. once i had a month under my belt i really became hopeful that i could do this. 30 days is HUGE. remember when we couldnt go 30 minutes??

Joanne, you can do it and don't let anyone or anything make you believe differently! Sobriety is the most important thing in my life because without it, I'd lose everything including myself. I never want to be lost again.

Thanks for your congrats!! I feel really good. The more anxiety I experience, the more I jog and it really helps. I am actually quite happy at the moment. Also, congrats Tom Leaf (fellow Canadian) and Ayla Zaire. Awesome, we are doing it!!
