Anyone having problems relapsing while taking Campral?
I have been taking Campral for about almost 2 months and did well the first 33 days with not drinking, but it seems like I will go a few days, between 3-7 days and then I relapse again, does anyone know if it is the medicine or just that it is me and having too much stress or other triggers I may have. Anyone else having problems like this taking campral?

I will say only this.
Nothing can make us drink. Those of us in recovery relapse because we havent completely changed our lifestyles or our thinking. If you do what is nesessary, you will remain sober. Somethings not right in your life,...but dont blame the medicine or anything else.

YES, I understand this I am not trying to blame the medicine, I was just curious if anyone else had this experience and maybe I should call the doctor and confide in her, also this medicine is supposed to help stop or completley stop cravings was the only reason I was asking.
I am on campral, been on it for about a month now. I do have trouble remembering to take all three doses each day. I have a week sober. For me, it did reduce the cravings. I never really have them in the sense of before I was on the meds. My problem, was I still was hanging and drinking in the bars. I guess I wanted a pill to help me with that too LOL. I believe you are suppossed to be in counseling of some type (AA?) if you are on it so you learn how to live alcohol free. I admit, I still need to do that.
