Your favorite book?
What book would you recommend for me as a wife of an AH? Reaching out for help/support on this is all new to me so I'm starting from scratch on resources. Thanks for any suggestions.
A classic that I think just about everyone here will recommend to you is Codependent No More by Melody Beattie.
I also love Women who Love Too Much by Robin Norwood (I think that's her name...). Personally I learned from and related to a lot in this one.
Both are fantastic.

Welcome to SR yaya!
So far, I've found Codependant No More by Melody Beattie to be my favorite. Each time I read it, it seems that something else jumps out at me that I missed the time before. It's an excellent read.
There are also some great posts in the Stickies part of the forum. I still read them too as again, they remind me of things that I tend to forget (lol) and are excellent reads as well.
