bottle of wine in cold cellar
k.. I have this big bottle of wine in cold cellar. I am certain that I can control myself and not drink. I often go a week or two without drinking. Should I keep it for company or chuck it? I have never woke up the next morning after a drunk and drank however I can definetely see how that can happen because the longer I drink. The more I have cravings the next day.

k.. That was really really hard. I actually had urges to stop in the middle and start chugging.. I don't know if I am craving so much because I have decided to quit... So weird..

I stopped having alcohol in the house. That way if I'm tempted I'll have to go for a long walk, which will involve lots of second thoughts. Factor in momentary weakness into the equation.
Well Done. I think its hard to "get rid of the last bit" because its a bit more final!!!
It taks alot of courage and strength so you should be heaps proud! Life will be easier I'm sure without it in the house!!!

I'm so proud of you for getting rid of the rest of it! That was a HUGE thing that you did and I know that it was difficult to do. It is better not to have it around. Having it in the house may increase your thinking about it.
You're doing great!

Yeah it was sad - you can definately feel the difference here - its been nothing but the crocodile hunter on TV since it happened.
