Prescriptioin for staying sober.
! Begin day in prayer
2 Do not drink under any circumstances
3. Make a meeting
4. Hang out with my group insida and outside of AA
5. Utilize my sponsor
6. Talk to my close-mouthed friends
7. Pay special attention. Reach out to the newcomer and make them feel welcome. Not judge the ones who slip and start over and really listen when someone is sharting.
8. Put my stuff out on the table to with my sponsor - not allowing it to fester in my stinking thinking.
9. Intensive work with another alcoholc (my sponsee)
10, Carry the message inside and outside the rooms and on here by sharing my experience, strength and hope!
