Back again and in a mess
Hi, (and to OctoberKate glad you doing well, thanks for the message)
I have been hiding away I guess, been back on the drink and I am so ashamed. Got worse so much more quickly too, its true what they say, how true. Been drinking in the day, and heavily, never did that before.
Looks like my partner is finally going to leave me.
Well, here goes day 1 again - I am going to do it, although I said that last time too, with what happened I thought I would never drink again - how wrong was I and how sneaky is this thing.
Joining SMART recovery as just can't get on with AA - although I know that loads of you do.
Why am I doing this - I like being sober better, life is better and I sure am.
I hate this and I hate myself. Feeling really bad.

Im really sorry that things went downwards for you darlin... You know that we are here for you...ALL the time, anytime...!
Only one way to go then ehh Upwards....
So day one it is ...! Glad your Back Mrs...!
I also enjoy loooking at the SMART tools,.. Ive been looking for stuff over here as well...! meetings ect...! just looking tho...!

greetings for e-ng-erland. yep just brush yourself off and start again.. sober life is miles better as you say. im on my 4th attempt myself and the times I went back it was horrible. out of interest... is there smart recovery meetings in UK ?
