Almost Ready
It's close now. I'm almost ready. I just wish I felt good enough about my job to know I would be ok, at least for a 6 month lease. But I'm almost ready to go regardless. Would appreciate your thoughts tonight...
TG, thinking of you. You will do the right thing for you. It hasn't been easy, but one year later, I'm doing good. Just today AH agreed to release some of the community funds to me. I was down to living off credit cards. And there's been plenty of hassles with the court stuff, but you know what? I wouldn't trade today for those yesterdays. My life is so serene now that I don't live in the midst of addiction.
You'll be in my thoughts - hang in there. ((()))

There will never be the 'perfect' time to leave. There will always be something that isn't just right. All your ducks will never be in a row. Having said that, you will know when it's time. When you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. When enough is enough. It's different for all of us, but you will do what you need to do when you need to do it. Take care.

Texas Girl,
In addition to what LTD said, there's always 'the fear of what might go wrong' that seemed to hold me back at times too. Oh heck, let's be totally honest, my fear always held me back. But I eventually realized that while I held onto my fears and let them govern me that life was passing me by. And, I learned to march forward in the direction I wanted to go inspite of my fears. One step at a time until I got to where I am now. And one step at a time until I get to the next place that I want to be. And so on.
There will always be bumps in the road, it's one of life's guarantees. But it's how we learn to handle the bumps, and not let it stop us that makes all the difference.
