Has anyone tracked their cravings and moods?
I read this book a while ago, which taught women how to track their moods and their period by the phases of the moon. For the past two months, I have been trying to track my cravings and moods by the moon, and I find that there are certain times of the month where I have much stronger cravings and my depression seems to get worse. Does anyone else have any experience with tracking your cravings and moods?
I've never actually tracked my moods and cravings, but I know that about 1 week before my period actually starts is when I am really emotional. The drinking would make it alot worse, and I found that my depression would really escalate. That is when I would wake up in the middle of the night after drinking, and be crying, screaming and just hate myself! Those feelings were always alot stronger during that time.
